Callaway Demo Day

On Monday we hosted a fully booked Callaway Demo Day event which was really successful with a host of customers finding huge gains from the new equipment.

As part of the Demo event we have got the latest range of Odyssey Putters in store for the next couple of weeks to be used as Demo's out on the golf course or book a Putter Fitting with your PGA Professional, Matt.

Running on empty?

If your electric trolley is struggling to make it round 18 holes then it might be time you upgraded its battery. There's been a huge push towards Lithium batteries in recent years as they last longer, charge quicker and are more lightweight than previous Lead Acid equivalents. So, if it's time you change your electric trolley battery, bring your old one in-store and enjoy £25 OFF a brand-new Lithium one.

The Masters

It’s here: Masters week.

Some of you may have already had your Augusta fix if you watched any of the final round from the Augusta National Women’s Amateur over the weekend, but it’s not too long to wait for the rest of us.

The buzz around the club in recent weeks has been growing and you get a real sense that the anticipation of this year’s Masters is like no other.

Will Rory complete the Grand Slam?
Will Tiger win his 15th major?
Could Spieth regain his form at a course he loves?

With so many possible storylines catching our imagination, all that’s left is for you to keep your diaries free on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening to enjoy what promises to be one of the best majors in recent years.

Don't neglect your #3

A driver is a powerful beast, sometimes too powerful if a hole has a hazard within range. In this scenario, you have a plethero of options to choose from, but there is one that is often overlooked.

Picture the scene

You're stood on a par-4 tee box and there’s a water hazard 240 yards away.

What do you do?

Many of you will reach for your longest iron on auto-pilot, however a custom-fitted fairway wood might just be the perfect solution; getting you further down the hole and closer to the green.

Why is this often overlooked?

A lot of golfers don't have confidence in hitting their fairway wood because, quite simply, they don't use it enough.
